Return and Refund Policy

At MurimCore , every product is created especially for you upon order.

Our clothing is printed on demand, allowing us to avoid waste and ensure the highest possible quality for each item.

1. Returns accepted only in case of defect or error

Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:


  • The customer chose the wrong size.

  • Change of mind after receipt.

However, we accept returns or refunds in the following cases:


  • The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • The item received does not correspond to the order placed (e.g. wrong size, wrong design sent).

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please attach a clear photo of the product in question and your order number.

2. Return Process

If your application is approved:


  • We will tell you how to return or replace the product.

  • No item should be returned without prior validation.

  • Depending on the case, we will proceed to:


    a free replacement , or a full refund to your original payment method

3. Reimbursement deadlines

Once your return has been validated, the refund will be processed within an average of 5 to 10 working days , depending on your bank.

4. Delivery lost or not received

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:


  • Check with your neighbors or the post office.

  • If the package remains untraceable, contact us within 7 days at contact@murimcore.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

5. Sale or promotional items

Items purchased at a discount or on sale are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
